sirenssongHow do people do what they do with LJ icons, and wallpapers and things? Where do they get those texture/light effects/patterns/masks/whatever they are? I have Paint Shop Pro 8 (I think), and there's much that I haven't figured out how to use yet, but do those above-listed things come with it, or were they downloaded from somewhere on the 'Net?
