Can anyone suggest a good brand of British tea for me to try? I'm in the mood for Brit stuff. So, really, ANY suggestions on what sort of stuff is worth trying would be much appreciated.
Earl Grey is phenomenal-- there's a statue to him in Newcastle. (try walking there with TNG fans. it's fun! English breakfast is great too (as is Irish Breakfast.) You might like Darjeeling tea, and then there are all sorts of herbal teas and blends and flavours...
So sorry to those who do, but I can't stand Earl Grey tea. That really sucks, because my brother's name is Earl and I want to like the tea, but I don't.
Ahem. Try bopping down to your local Co-op or natural foods store and looking at the loose/organic teas they have there. I bet you can find something you like, even if it isn't British. I fell in love with this variety called Snow Monkey Plum.
